I have a specialty in helping business setting up and maintaining your bookkeeping records, using Peachtree or Quickbooks.
I can help your company decrease business overhead; which will increase your bottom line (PROFIT for you) because of decreased need for office space; no payroll taxes as I am a contract employee and no benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401K, etc.)
My skills include setting up your companies books, maintain your AP, AR, Payroll, Sales and use Tax, management reporting and working with your CPA to file your taxes.
I am able to type documents; if the need arises such as company processes, update your terms and conditions, update your employee handbooks, contracts, etc.
My background is in accounting and purchasing.
I have worked in manufacturing companies for the last 17 years (straight out of high school).
I have helped home run daycare, home run bakers and other home run businesses set up their books.
Some I have maintained and some I have passed my knowledge on how to do the transactions with me doing a monthly review of the general ledger accounts.
I have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Metro State College of Denver.
I am currently in school working on achieving my Master's in Management at CSU-Global.

The cost to not worry about your company's accounting records is $20 per hour or we can set up a monthly fee.
Another option is to join the electronic world and for us to work with a computer technician to set your company up to allow me to log into your computer accounting program from my office.
